Definition: Involuntary bladder spasms that can be triggered by the sight, sound, or even thought of water or urination; the sudden reflex need to urinate causes the spasm and an accompanying release of urine.
Also Known As: Urgency incontinence, bladder leakage, urine leakage
Examples: She tried not to let her bladder get full because even the sound of running water sometimes made her wet her pants.
